Coconut Yogurt Smoothie
Serves 1
1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 cup yogurt or kefir
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. melted coconut
1 cup yogurt or kefir
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. melted coconut
Place berries in the food processor and process to a puree. Include yogurt, maple syrup, and egg yolks and methodology until smooth. With the engine running, gradually include the coconut oil.
